This classic Sausage Balls recipe makes a delicious, simple appetizer.



  • 1 Ib. regular or hot pork sausage (Jimmy Dean)
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Cabot extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp. Philadelphia Onion & Chive Cream Cheese Spread
  • 2 cup Bisquick


  1. Let sausage, shredded cheese, cream cheese sit on counter until they reach room temperature.
  2. Then mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl using your hands or a stand mixer .
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place a wire rack on baking sheet. Make sure wire rack is heavily coated with baking spray like PAM.
  4.  Roll sausage mixture into small balls. Place balls on wire rack with baking sheet. Bake in a 400 degree pre-heated oven for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
