Description
This Patriotic Cookies and Cream Dip is a fun and delicious treat perfect for celebrating any patriotic holiday.
Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

2 cups Cool Whip, thawed

4.2 oz box Oreo Cookies and Cream pudding mix

10 Oreo cookies, crushed (I used double stuff)

1/4 cup Patriotic sprinkles

For garnish: 1 Oreo cookie and 2 Tablespoons patriotic sprinkles
Instructions

Add the cream cheese and butter to a medium mixing bowl. With an electric mixer, beat until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).

Fold in the Cool Whip whipped topping.

Sprinkle the powdered sugar on top of the mixture and stir well to incorporate.

Sprinkle the dry Oreo cookies and cream mix into the dip and mix well.

Fold in the crushed Oreos (minus about 3 Tablespoons to set aside for later as garnish).

Stir in 1/4 cup of patriotic sprinkles and mix well to distribute throughout the dip.

Transfer the to your serving bowl and cover the cookies and cream dip loosely with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.

Before serving, sprinkle with the remaining crushed Oreos and sprinkles. Top off with an Oreo cookie and enjoy!

Serve with fresh strawberries, Nilla wafers, graham crackers, wafer cookies, pretzels, etc.

Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
