Blueberry Lemon Bars

  • 2 boxes lemon pudding instant mix
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • parchment paper


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together milk and lemon pudding mix. Whisk until thickened.
  2. Place parchment paper into a square pan and add in graham cracker crumbs. Spread evenly. Pour in lemon pudding. Tap pan on counter to level.
  3. Top with blueberries and freeze for at least three hours.
