- 2 boxes lemon pudding instant mix
- 4 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- In a large bowl, whisk together milk and lemon pudding mix. Whisk until thickened.
- Place parchment paper into a square pan and add in graham cracker crumbs. Spread evenly. Pour in lemon pudding. Tap pan on counter to level.
- Top with blueberries and freeze for at least three hours.
