Asian Salmon Foil Pack

Ingredients

  • 1 filet of salmon
  • 1 cup of fresh green beans
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 5 baby carrots
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, chili sauce, garlic and ginger. Whisk well!
  3. Make the bottom of your foil pack. Add the carrots and green beans. Lay salmon over the top. Pour mixture over salmon. Cover with foil. Bake for 25 minutes.
