Fresh Express Salad, Salad Recipes, Salad in Jars, Salads

After the start of the New Year I had all the intentions to start eating healthier but as a busy working mom I kept putting it off. I find it hard to prepare healthy lunches to bring to work so I often find myself going through fast food restaurants which means  I have been watching my waistline expand and my pocket book deflate ! I decided it was time to get serious and eat healthier with Salad Express 30-Day Swap it makes it so easy . I downloaded the free app that Fresh Express offers and started swapping out my not so healthy high calorie food choices for low calorie delicious salads . I love that I can grab a bag of Fresh Express Salad and make my salads without worrying about taking extra time out to wash them. They come thoroughly washed , rinsed and gently dried. Fresh Express has a wide variety of products which makes me happy knowing,  I won’t get bored having to use the same Salad Mix over and over again! The prices are affordable and I actually started saving money when I stopped going through fast food restaurants for lunch and started bringing my salads to work  .

One of the things I started doing on Sundays was preparing  my crisp fresh Salads for the week. I found this was easier and kept me on track . I used the Fresh Express app to find Salad Swap recipes like the Bacon Cheeseburger Salad found  here  or I made up my own recipes using Fresh Express salads. I used 1-quart mason jars to put my salads in. I found  the jars took up less room in my refrigerator and was easier for me to transport to work.

Here’s five 1- single serving  Salad recipes that I made using Fresh Express salad . I sprayed the top of the  mason jars with chalkboard  paint this way I could write the name of the recipe and the expiration date on it . I tied a fork using ribbon to the jar. Fresh Express Salads on the go is what I call them . Great for lunches, parties and picnics . Try Fresh Express Salad with this coupon available online at  greenmomsmeet.com/freshexpress-coupon  and start your Fresh Express 30-Day Salad Swap today !
